Qingdao Branch of China Construction Bank, as a tier-1 branch directly under the head office of China Construction Bank, was established in 1954 and renamed as Qingdao Branch of China Construction Bank in 1996. In 2004, China Construction Bank Co., Ltd. was established, and was later renamed as Qingdao Branch of China Construction Bank Co., Ltd.
