Scale of Shanghai Yifeng Automobile Mould Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

In September 2004, Yifeng Mould (Group) Co., Ltd. established Chu Yifeng Mould Company in Yantai, Shandong Province, with an initial investment of 250 million RMB, covering an area of 70,000 square meters. The previous1.560m2 workshop has been completed; 13 machining center,1200t, 800t and 630t presses and an original Italian 3D measuring machine have all been put in place. At the end of May this year, the10.5 million square meter workshop started construction again, adding 7 processing centers and a production line.

Yifeng Mould (Group) Co., Ltd. does not import, but directly manufactures batch molds and inspection tools for Shanghai Volkswagen and Shanghai GM. It has successively produced hundreds of sets of molds and inspection tools for customers such as Changan Ford, Guangzhou Fengshen Automobile Company, Guangzhou Nissan, Chery Automobile Company, Shanghai Huapu Automobile Company and Geely Automobile Company, and the molds are exported to France (Renault) and Italy (Ferrari).

In August 2004, Shanghai Yifeng Automobile Mould Co., Ltd. (headquarters of Yifeng Mould Group) invested 560 million yuan, with a factory area of 200,000 square meters and a workshop area of 60,000 square meters. Thirty CNC machining centers for large table tops were introduced from Europe and Japan, and 2400t, 1600T and 800T stamping lines were built respectively (of which 2400t was a mechanical press), and equipped with laser cutting machines.
