Guodian Inner Mongolia Energy Co., Ltd. is the holding company of China Guodian Corporation, which is jointly funded by China Guodian Corporation and Chifeng Municipal Government of Inner Mongolia according to the proportion of 565,438+0% and 49%. The first registered capital of the company is RMB 2.04 billion, and it is engaged in the development of mineral resources such as power generation, heat, coal chemical industry, railway and coal production and sales in Inner Mongolia.

Guodian Chifeng Chemical Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned enterprise of Guodian Inner Mongolia Energy Co., Ltd. and one of the comprehensive coal development projects of China Guodian Group Corporation in Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia. The site is located in yuanbaoshan district, Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia. The project started construction in April 2009, using lignite with abundant local reserves as raw material, and adopting international advanced technologies such as Lurgi gasification technology, wide temperature shift, low temperature liquid nitrogen washing and low pressure synthesis. It is estimated that it will be put into production in 20 1 1 year, with an annual output of 300,000 tons of synthetic ammonia and 520,000 tons of granular urea. By then, it will occupy a leading position in the market with technological advantages and scale advantages.
