Due to the large number of teachers in our school, and most of them are recruiting on-the-job teachers, the recruitment targets of fresh graduates are limited to undergraduates with master's degree or above or graduates from "985" key universities. Xiamen University Experimental Middle School (hereinafter referred to as "Xiamen University High School") is a public full-time complete middle school jointly established by China Merchants Zhangzhou Development Zone and Xiamen University. Those who have won the titles of special-grade teachers, model teachers at or above the provincial level (including the provincial level, the same below), outstanding teachers at or above the provincial level, government subsidies at or above the provincial level, academic leaders at or above the provincial level, backbone teachers at or above the provincial level, and "teaching stars" at or above the provincial level may be appropriately relaxed and given priority. Those who have expertise in guiding students to participate in academic competitions and youth science and technology innovation competitions and have achieved excellent results, as well as those who have doctoral degrees and bilingual teaching ability in Chinese and English, can also be appropriately relaxed and given priority. Graduates of national key universities who are not normal majors in the key project of "985 Project" may temporarily relax the requirements for teachers' qualifications.
