Good progress. After checking the official website of the Chang'an District Hui Kindergarten, the enrollment conditions for the kindergarten are:

1. Priority will be given to recruiting healthy children of the Hui ethnic group who have real estate certificates or house purchase contracts, agreements and household registrations within Chang'an District.

2. Priority will be given to recruiting healthy children of appropriate age whose parents and children’s household registration and real estate certificates are from Jianming Community.

3. The registered household registration and real estate certificate must be of school-age children in this city (healthy children of Hui nationality in this city are given priority, and healthy children of school-age in Chang'an District are given priority).
