Requirements for Jiangnan University counselors to become teachers: Must be at least 18 years old, with a bachelor’s degree or higher.

2. Obtain teacher qualification certificates from colleges and universities and other related qualification certificates.

3. Have worked as a counselor for at least six years, and have met or been outstanding in the annual assessment during the work process.

4. Have the basic skills and abilities of a teacher and be able to teach at least one or more professional courses.
