Practice report of township government

First, the internship unit profile

The unit of this internship is xx Township People's Government. The township government is the most basic government unit in China. Xx Township People's Government shall have two secretaries and two deputy secretaries. A township head and two deputy township heads. Under the party and government office, economic office, judicial office and other units, * * * existing staff of 42. The current secretary is xxx, and the township head is xxx. Several villages in the west of xx township were classified as industrial zones last year, and the township government will face more complicated tasks.

Second, the internship process

Because my summer internship last year was completed in the township government, I am familiar with the township government in terms of geographical location, environment and personnel. So I went directly to Minister Liu Penghui and explained my purpose. With his consent, I was arranged to be a temporary secretary in the office. As I did last year, my tutor is Du Xing, who is responsible for the assistant work of the secretary and the township head in the office, and is a male in the office. After determining the internship department and the instructor, I worked with the instructor to determine the internship process and main work.

Internship process:

The first stage is the training of office work.

The second stage is to provide transaction assistance for leaders.

The third stage is to assist the instructor to complete the tasks assigned by the leader.

The fourth stage is to go out to participate in activities with the instructors and leaders.

Main work:

1. Assist the tutor to complete the work, including document entry, editing, typesetting, printing and copying. Second, keep the office clean and tidy, and provide things for leaders.

Third, register visitors and record letters and visits.

Fourth, answer the phone and complete the tasks assigned by the leaders.

Fifth, follow the mentor to participate in other work.

Three. Daily homework

Secretarial work is the main body of office work, which mainly includes three parts: writing, meeting and handling affairs. These three parts are not isolated, but a unified and interrelated whole. In addition, there is a survey as an important work content of grass-roots secretaries. During my internship, I also participated in the daily work of the township government office as an internship secretary.

1. Writing during internship.

The work of grass-roots government offices mainly includes drafting work plan reports and summaries, and conducting policy and text checks on manuscripts that need to be reported or distributed. In addition, it is necessary to forward the documents to the relevant leaders in time and accept the instructions of the leaders. Sometimes I have to help some villagers write materials.

During my internship, I found that although my colleagues in the office have worked for a long time, they are still not very skilled in the application of office software, especially some very useful tips and tricks. For example, the application of freezing windows in EXCEL tables, the addition of tables in WORD, and the calculation of formulas in tables, etc. In practical work, I can apply what I have learned in class. My tutor praised me for being proficient in using office software, and even praised me for being smart. But I know this is the result of learning, and I'm not proud of it.

The internship period coincides with the general election of our village Committee. In view of the villagers' concern about the fairness, openness and transparency of the election, I drafted a proposal on democratic supervision of the election process through previous exchanges with the villagers and the knowledge I learned at school, and handed it to my instructor. It mainly includes: 1, announcing the election procedure; 2. Determine the mass supervisor; 3. Supervise the distribution of votes and accurately count the votes; 4. It is forbidden for staff to write ballots instead of voters; 5. Count the valid votes on the spot. As early as this, the township government has made careful arrangements for this general election according to the spirit of superiors, but I (! )' s correct advice and positive thinking spirit have been affirmed by my tutor, which is undoubtedly encouragement for me.

2. Work during the internship.

Most grass-roots work is to solve a problem according to the actual situation, and mistakes in work will directly hurt the interests of the masses. You must concentrate on your work. Direct grain subsidy is a policy of the state to feed back agriculture and encourage farmers to grow grain. The account information of the recipient is inconsistent with the ID card, which brings great trouble to receiving the direct subsidy. Drawing lessons from last year, after the information of villages is handed in this year, we should focus on proofreading homophones, variant characters and ID numbers in names. After proofreading, print out a paper version and send it back to the village for verification. This is also a common method for me to give my classmates various exam statistics at school, so I am familiar with it and finished it soon. When checking the error information, Mr. Du used the form in WORD, which was cumbersome to operate, so I took over the job and copied the information that needed to be corrected from the EXCEL form directly to another worksheet. By freezing the window and setting the cell format, it is convenient to browse and view and improve the efficiency.

Because our village is classified as an industrial zone, some villagers' houses have been planned as highways and have to be demolished. In the work of persuading people to move, the township leaders first selected several families with better housing conditions to work as a breakthrough to reason with them and do their work. Because I am a native of the village, I am familiar with the situation in the village, and the leader arranged for me to undertake guidance and liaison work. After painstaking and meticulous persuasion, the villagers agreed to move after obtaining reasonable compensation. In this work, township leaders have grasped the key to solving the problem, created a good public opinion environment through typical driving role, and effectively promoted the relocation work. This working idea and method of solving problems and grasping the main contradictions is worth learning and thinking deeply.

3. Meeting work during internship.

Meeting is another important job of the secretary. Because I have participated in the organization and training courses of evening parties and other activities at school, I know the preparation procedures of the meeting better, so I can also participate in the preparation and venue work of the general election of our village Committee. It mainly includes: 1. Selection of meeting place (the election place is the village committee compound); The second is the layout choice of the venue (the election size is square, and the township leaders are seated on the rostrum); Third, the layout of the site; Fourth, the participants convened; Fifth, the service in the meeting. As a major event in political life, election has been widely concerned by villagers. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure the openness, fairness and transparency of the electoral process. To this end, I have done the following work:

First of all, I suggest the conference information (including election time, candidates, etc.) to the instructor. ) It should be released through a combination of broadcasting and notification, so as to ensure that all villagers know and pay attention to it. Secondly, it is about the rigor of election procedures and organization. According to the information obtained from communication with villagers, I suggested to instructors and leaders at the election preparatory meeting that ballot papers should be strictly distributed (not allowed to be collected on behalf of leaders), ballot papers should be filled in (not allowed to be written by staff and candidate teams), and voting and voting process should be supervised. Thirdly, regarding the layout of the venue, in addition to the placement of tables, chairs and utensils, we also pasted slogans inside and outside the village committee and hung banners in the courtyard, adding a solemn and warm atmosphere to the election. Thanks to the careful arrangement and hard work of all the conference staff on site, the election went smoothly. Although I didn't take part in this work as the main person in charge, I learned a lot through observation and enhanced my practical ability.

4. Research work during internship.

Without investigation, there is no right to speak, especially at the grassroots level. Township governments, as grass-roots government units, have their own characteristics in the face of tedious work in rural areas, especially problems involving the vital interests of the masses. They should actively and steadily carry out their work in line with the principles of safeguarding farmers' interests and maintaining rural social stability. This requires grass-roots secretaries to go deep into the masses, understand the actual situation, find problems and obtain first-hand materials. For some problems that need to be solved urgently, we should report to the leaders in time and actively negotiate with relevant departments after approval.

After coming to the township government for internship, one of the more important tasks is to count and sort out the situation of old party member cadres who have difficulties in life in each village and give some care to qualified old comrades economically. I thought it was a simple job. Just take out the old things and do it. But at work, I found myself thinking too simply. I just made a list based on the previous information. It includes several simple information, such as name, gender, village and current (former) job age. After showing it to Mr. Du, he said that the content was simple and rough, and the accuracy was not enough, so it could not be used as the basis for the township leaders to make decisions. He said that it is a policy to give proper economic care to poor cadres and old party member, which is the concern of superiors for grassroots party member cadres, and reflects the affirmation of the party and the state for their contribution to rural stability and development. But there are certain conditions for selection. What we have to do is to make a comprehensive investigation, grasp detailed and true information, and provide valuable reference for leaders. He asked me to give a complete and detailed account of the candidates' personal and family situation, especially the economic situation.

Under the guidance of Mr. Du, I added items such as family members, financial situation, working hours, main work performance during my work, etc. to further improve the form and enhance its credibility and persuasiveness. After further revision and enrichment by Mr. Du, the materials were finally put on the desk of the leader.

Fourth, internship experience

1, work attitude should be positive and correct.

We must work hard at work, do more things to understand the work situation, and put ourselves into the work, so as to better complete the work tasks and gain the trust of the leaders. Talking less means talking less about unimportant things, not talking about things that are not conducive to unity and stability, handling work with a cautious and responsible attitude, gaining the trust of colleagues and laying a good foundation for work.

The core of secretarial work is leadership, and we should always carry out all-round auxiliary work around this core. Proactive is more manifested as enthusiastic working attitude, so we should actively provide services for leaders and staff assistance in our work. In this way, we can often do our work better and achieve better results. However, it should also be noted that active work does not mean being good at claiming compensation. If you have something to ask for instructions from the leader, it can only be implemented after approval.

Letters and visits in rural areas often do not involve too many things. Among the cases I have contacted or learned, some are about cultivated land, some are about occupying the road, and there are neighborhood disputes and divorce. These things are difficult, but they are related to the harmony between neighbors and the harmony and stability of villages. At this time, the secretary's serious and patient attitude in her work plays an important role in solving contradictions. When I was an intern, I had a petition about building a toilet in front of my neighbor's house, which shows the complexity of rural petition. Rome wasn't built in a day, and the contradictions between neighbors have accumulated over time. In the process of handling, my colleagues and I first listened carefully to the introduction of the petitioner, and then conducted on-the-spot (! ) investigation, visit the relevant personnel, mastered the detailed and comprehensive situation. Under the mediation of Ren Changjian, a colleague at the petition station, the two families finally reconciled.

A positive and correct attitude determines everything and the success or failure of secretarial work. In my future study and work, I will definitely learn from the experience gained in my internship and finish my work better.

2, professional skills should be skilled and diverse.

Good working methods and skills can get twice the result with half the effort. For example, the methods adopted by township leaders in persuading villagers to agree to move. Extending this idea to secretarial work is to distinguish priorities and grasp the main aspects of major contradictions and contradictions. Only in this way can we have a clear purpose and clear thinking, so as to carry out our work better and improve our work efficiency.

Mastering modern office equipment and skillfully using office software are the basic skills requirements for modern secretaries. Meeting this requirement can greatly improve work efficiency and ability. For example, the form in WORD is automatically filled in in daily work, and the number can be set in the drop-down menu item number in the format; By setting borders, table titles and titles can be repeated on every page of a WORD document. You can also personalize the diagonal headings in the drawing. Most of my colleagues in township offices can't meet this requirement. It can be seen that the level of office automation at the grassroots level is not enough and needs to be greatly improved.

With the development of the times, the level of office automation will be higher and higher, and the office automation skills of secretarial work will be limited to simple typing and copying and information entry, and more skilled use of network and OA system to complete daily work. We must pay attention to the improvement of office automation skills in our future study and work.

3, comprehensive quality should be comprehensively strengthened.

Secretaries often have to be the eyes and ears of leaders, and the information they get often becomes the basis for leaders to make decisions. Therefore, in line with the attitude of being responsible for the work and the leadership, the secretary must take the information collection seriously in his work to ensure the authenticity and effectiveness of the information. For example, when sorting out the information of funded veteran comrades, only when the information is comprehensive, true and effective can qualified candidates be found, national policies can be truly implemented and national care can be appropriate.

Complete the assigned work. It is the trust of the leaders to leave things to you. Therefore, the secretarial staff must try their best to complete the work assigned by the leaders. My instructor told me that "a thousand lines of leadership, a needle for a secretary", that is to say, no matter how the leader describes it or how he demands it, there is only one requirement for the secretary: to complete the task, and there is no excuse. During the internship, my tutor and I were assigned to hang the plaque of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, which caused us some difficulties because there was no bracket on the wall. After many attempts, we fixed battens on the wall, and then firmly fixed the plaque on the basis of battens. Therefore, an excellent secretary should have the ability to solve problems, use his brains in his work, keep trying, create conditions and find effective ways to solve problems.

Expand the knowledge reserve. The work of secretarial staff is centered on serving leaders, and leaders need to provide all the information. During my internship, I gave advice to the instructor and leaders on meeting organization and document handling. Tutors and leaders listened carefully to my suggestions and adopted the parts that are in line with the actual situation of the unit. This is the result of learning and accumulation. Therefore, the secretary should have enough knowledge reserves to meet the information needs of leaders. At the same time, rich knowledge and broad knowledge will help broaden the working ideas and enable the secretary to carry out his work better.

Secretarial work requires the comprehensive quality of employees, including not only the ability to obtain information, complete tasks assigned by leaders and expand knowledge reserves, but also strong language communication skills, emergency response capabilities and many other abilities. In practice, the requirements of these abilities are reflected, which shows that the comprehensive quality of secretaries is not limited to one aspect, and they should try in all aspects in the future, so as to improve their comprehensive quality to a greater extent.

Verb (abbreviation of verb) conclusion

Through two months' practice, the knowledge learned in school can be applied to practice. At the same time, I have gained some things in practice that I can't learn in class. The two-month internship will be my precious wealth, which will have a great influence on my future study and work. By independently completing or participating in the work arranged by the tutor in the internship, we can consolidate the main business knowledge of secretarial major, improve practical operation skills, enrich practical work and social experience, and master operation skills, so as to achieve the purpose of applying what we have learned to practical work. During the two-month seemingly simple and repetitive internship, I have a deeper and more rational understanding of secretarial work, hoping to grow into a qualified and excellent secretarial staff as soon as possible through continuous work and study.

the second

First, the internship time:

Second, internship unit: Shunchang County Federation of Trade Unions

Fourth, the internship content:

After a few days of understanding, I have a certain understanding of the Shunchang County Federation of Trade Unions where I worked as an intern. Shunchang County Federation of Trade Unions is a working-class mass organization in which employees in the whole region voluntarily unite, and it is the leading organ of all trade union organizations in the county. It is a mass organization of the working class led by workers of the China Communist Party, a bridge and link between the party and the government and the workers, an important social pillar of the state power, and a representative of its members and workers' interests.

12, do a good job of female workers and safeguard their legitimate rights and special interests.

13, independently responsible for the management, assessment and audit of trade union funds.

14, to undertake related matters assigned by the county party committee, county government and superior trade unions.

During my seven-week internship, due to the reasons of time, identity and environment, I basically had no chance to get in touch with the above work links. I spend most of my time doing chores, such as typing, copying, printing, making phone calls, sorting, delivering materials, holding meetings and so on. I'm tired of repeating tedious work for a long time every day. I am in charge of office work. I usually just call to process documents at work. Apart from English and computer operation, I seldom use the theoretical knowledge learned in textbooks, which can be said to be almost useless to my professional knowledge. Many times I feel that I have not been reused by the leaders, and what I have done is just some trivial things. Later, Mr. Yang, the teacher of my internship unit, talked to me once and changed my mind. He made me deeply aware of my attitude problem. As an intern, even observing and observing is a way for us to know the society and practice our life. No matter how big or small things are, we should start from small things, step by step, and gradually accumulate experience. We should know that "what we learn in college is not knowledge, but an ability called self-study".

Of course, after all, I practiced for seven weeks, and with the permission of the unit leader, I was allowed to assist in some work. Here, I'd like to sum up some major tasks except typing, copying and printing in these seven weeks:

1, to assist the relevant departments in re-employment of laid-off workers. On February 26th, the first day I signed up, I attended the "2007 Spring Breeze Action Employment Information Promotion Job Fair" held in Dix Square. The county Federation of Trade Unions, the county labor inspection brigade, the social security center and the county women's Federation set up special windows to provide job seekers with a series of services such as policy consultation, job introduction, vocational training, skill appraisal, social security and rights protection. My main duty is to maintain order at the scene and distribute relevant information to job seekers free of charge.

2, the implementation of send warm project, safeguard the difficult worker groups, help the difficult workers. In-depth investigation and understanding of the families of poor workers in various towns and villages, and do a good job in employee welfare, social security and management services. For example, in mid-March, I followed several responsible persons of the unit to visit the families of poor workers in Levin Township to understand the situation, respond in time, negotiate with relevant departments, and give certain subsidies to poor workers.

3, implement the principles and policies of the party and the state on the workers' movement and trade union work, organize the implementation of the work arrangements of the superior trade union and the resolutions of the county workers' congress. I basically attended these meetings held by the leaders of the county Federation of Trade Unions and made detailed minutes of the meetings.

In the internship, I often encounter some problems, but the leaders of the unit are very concerned about me and give me great encouragement and support.

When I was at school, I often heard that I had to deal with all kinds of people in society, so the interpersonal relationship was very complicated. Because of the interests and busy work, many times colleagues will not care about you like classmates. On the other hand, some colleagues smile at each other on the surface, but secretly they are intrigued and unscrupulous, stepping on others' shoulders and constantly climbing. However, during the internship, everyone in the unit was very kind and warm to me, which made me feel warm and dependent. Even if there are any small differences and quarrels between them, they are all because of work, and they are also to better serve the interests of employees.

While doing my job conscientiously, I carefully observed the specific situation of the county Federation of Trade Unions through practice, and after in-depth reading and thinking, I also had some views on the work of the county Federation of Trade Unions:

1, the safeguard system of rights protection is still not perfect. Five kinds of insurance, such as social security and medical insurance, are still not in place; There is still a lack of mediation in the implementation of rights disputes. Some business owners avoid it, and some even refuse it behind closed doors. No authoritative department can really protect the rights and interests of employees according to law.

2. Employees' awareness of rights protection is not strong. At present, the employment difficulties of college graduates and laid-off workers in China are still difficult to solve for the time being. They suffer from no job and no financial resources, so they are satisfied with finding a job. The labor market is actually a buyer's market. Owners have a lot of room to choose employees, but it is difficult for employees to find jobs, which makes most employees dare not think much and ask more about their due rights. There are also some employees who lack legal knowledge and awareness of self-protection and don't know how to protect their rights when their legitimate rights and interests are violated.

3. The grass-roots trade union organizations of enterprise groups have degenerated, and the foundation of workers' rights protection has been impacted. Although most enterprises in the county have established grass-roots trade union committees, due to the lack of full-time trade union cadres and working funds, it is difficult to implement rights protection work in place. The problem that the actual ability of trade union cadres to safeguard rights is not strong is prominent, the recognition among the workers and staff is reduced, and the allocation of ordinary trade union cadres is also greatly reduced; Second, the grass-roots trade union organizations in enterprises have shrunk seriously, and many enterprises let trade unions work with other departments; Third, there are many obstacles for some enterprise trade union chairmen to actually participate in and play their role. For example, the participation of trade union chairmen in important meetings of enterprises is mostly procedural, and opinions are often dropped.

4. The electronic informatization of trade unions is not perfect. Although the electronic facilities are perfect, many people only know the simplest computer operation, and even those who know it are not used to it. In fact, e-government can improve the service and supervision level of units and departments, improve administrative efficiency and promote the transparency and science of government decision-making. Therefore, we should improve the quality of staff, combine with modernization and informatization, change our ideas and realize electronic office as much as possible.

In view of this, combined with a lot of information, here are some suggestions to improve the work of trade unions.

1. Strengthen publicity and education to educate the broad masses of workers to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests. The main body of safeguarding rights is employees. At present, due to the difficulty in obtaining employment, employees' awareness of rights protection is not strong and they are afraid of difficulties. This requires trade union organizations at all levels to strengthen the publicity and education of workers' laws and policies, improve workers' awareness of rights protection, and let workers know what their legitimate rights and interests belong to and how to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests. When their legitimate rights and interests are illegally infringed, they can take the initiative to defend their rights through various channels, give full play to the decisive role of the subject of rights protection, and effectively consolidate the mass base of rights protection.
