I have been looking for a job since the day I lost my job. During the period, both companies were very interested, but they missed it because of their age. One is a local holding company, which entrusts a third party to do recruitment. This agency dealt with me last year and appreciated my past experience very much. Last year, the written test and interview performed well. This year, the holding company also approved me, but the third party agency said that they didn't check the customs strictly and sent it back after 15 years old, so things went wrong again.

What should I do?

The first thing is to continue to look for the right one, or contact the top. There is a word called "perseverance", which means that if a company doesn't want me, I can find a hundred, and I will always find one who wants me.

The second is to prepare to lower yourself and find something that you didn't like before and didn't need any skills. It is the legendary "three guarantees", security guards, nannies and so on. If no one asks you to be a nanny, then you can also choose to be a care worker. Generally older people still think you are experienced!

In fact, if there is no source of income, the living have no self-esteem. At least five years before retirement, they have to support themselves and cannot be a burden to their families!
