The romantic light comedy Bride is adapted from the classic masterpiece of the famous French comedian Moliere, which combines the images of many plays such as The School of Ladies and The Fancy of Ladies. It tells the story of a successful businessman who sent an orphan girl to a bride training camp in order to get the ideal bride. 17 years later, when he happily came to marry the bride, the result was unexpected. "Bride" puts the sweetness, romance, sourness and helplessness of love on a white wedding dress, and brides with different styles tell unknown emotional secrets.

This play is the first work of Meng Jinghui Drama Studio without Meng Jinghui as the director, and it is also the first work released by a female director. Yang Ting, the director, is the most remarkable powerful drama star in the Asian drama world today, combining the talent of the director with that of the director. As a dramatist with rich stage experience and solid theoretical foundation, her works are varied and groundbreaking, which is of milestone significance to the whole drama industry. Especially from 1999 to 2004, Yang Ting created a well-known classic comedy image "Red" in three versions of Rhinoceros in Love, which created a brand-new road for China's theater performance. "Bride" is another collaboration with the Theatre Academy after Meng's classic operas "Rhino in Love" and "Don Quixote". At the beginning of creation, Meng Jinghui served as artistic director, and together with Liao Yimei, he personally selected books for Yang Ting, and his old partner performed a new interpretation. The transformation of their roles has not affected their long-standing tacit understanding at all, but has highlighted the artistic pursuit of the two creators who dare to be the first.

The cast of Bride is also very strong, all based on the original gold configuration that performed well in the fourth edition of Rhino in Love. These outstanding young actors have superb acting skills and expressive force beyond imagination. They created the classic Rhinoceros in Love, which can be called a "small theater miracle" in Meng's drama, and then played the musical love of San Orange to the extreme.
