Application: The living allowance for full-time undergraduate fresh graduates of local colleges and universities uses the existing living allowance declaration system for newly introduced talents in our city, and graduates apply to the employer. The employer needs to review the personal education, age, registered permanent residence, personnel relationship, social security payment time, application time limit and other related conditions, and submit them online through the online service hall of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (the online office of the unit) in the column of "Living Allowance for Newly Introduced Talents". The reporting unit does not need to submit paper materials when reporting through the online system.

Specific operation flow: the unit applying for the first time needs to fill in the "Basic Information of the Unit" and upload the bank tax payment voucher with enterprise income tax, value-added tax or stamp duty to the receiving treasury, and then submit it for review. If there is no change after approval, the new declaration does not need to be filled in again. Fill in the information of the declared talents, print the Declaration Form of Living Allowance for Newly Introduced Talents online, and upload it to the system with the official seal. Click Report when you are finished.

Acceptance: Municipal People's Social Security Bureau, Education Bureau, District People's Social Security Bureau and Park Management Committee accept the application.

Review: Each accepting department reviews the application for living allowance every quarter.

Publicity: All accepting departments publicize qualified personnel.

Distribution: If there is no objection after publicity, the accepting department will distribute the living allowance.
