What are the installation methods of angle steel shelves?

Angle steel shelf installation method:

1. Triangle is installed at both ends of each column. The triangle at the top and bottom of the shelf is in the same installation direction, and both are right angles.

2. After fixing the triangle, start to install the laminated plate.

3. After fixing the remaining columns, erect the whole shelf, put it on a flat ground, gently shake the shelf to see if it is stable, and then reinforce all the screws with a special screwdriver.

4. After the first floor and the second floor are installed, install a side column of the whole shelf, and then install other floors with the same or different floor spacing according to your own needs, without tightening the screws too tightly. For the convenience of installation, the first two pieces are fixed. When installing the remaining columns, special attention should be paid to the spacing of the laminates, otherwise the laminates will be uneven, resulting in unbalanced shelves.

5. After picking the column, take out the triangle block (16 block) to be fixed and divide it into two whole blocks. Note: Do not tighten the screws too tightly before installing the bracket. After the installation is completed, before the screws are tightened, make sure that the shelf shape is normal and there are no other problems in the warehouse shelf.

6. After determining the position of the laminate, turn the lying shelf upside down and fix the column on the other side of the shelf. Pay attention to the contact between the bottom of the column and the ground, and reserve enough height as the scaffold according to the environment of the installation site. Then pick out the column (4) of the shelf.

The angle steel shelf is being assembled, so all the main parts in the package should be cleaned and separated according to the types. The best way is to count the number of holes between laminates on the side where the column is installed, so as to determine the interval between laminates, so that there will be no problem.

7. Finally, put the installed shelf in the place where it is used. The fixing method is: first fix the top of the column on the floor, and then the shelf factory will fix another column on the floor in the same way. The bottom installation is the same as the top.
