On June 27, the reporter learned from the Price Bureau of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region that with the consent of the people's government of the autonomous region, the adjustment plan for the sales price of natural gas for residents in our region was officially promulgated. From July 20 12 1 day, the sales price of natural gas for residents' daily use will be raised by 0.23 yuan per cubic meter.

In order to promote resource conservation, straighten out the price comparison relationship between natural gas prices and other alternative energy sources, and guide the rational allocation of natural gas resources, according to the Notice of the National Development and Reform Commission on Raising the Ex-factory Price of Domestic Onshore Natural Gas, and in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations, the Price Bureau of the Autonomous Region organized a hearing on residents' natural gas price adjustment, and further revised and improved the residents' natural gas sales price adjustment plan after widely listening to, absorbing and studying opinions and suggestions from all sectors of society.

The officially issued plan clearly stipulates that the specific adjustment levels of cities and counties in our district are: Yinchuan City (including xingqing district, jinfeng district and Xixia District), Yongning County, lingwu city, wuzhong, Qingtongxia City and Yanchi County are adjusted from 1.40 yuan/m3 to 1.63 yuan/m3; Shizuishan City (including Dawukou District, Huinong District and Pingluo County), Zhongwei County and Helan County were adjusted from 1.50 yuan/m3 to 1.73 yuan/m3; Ningdong Hengrui was adjusted from 1.60 yuan /m3 to 1.83 yuan/m3; Haiyuan county and Zhongning county belong to new gas consumption. Due to different gas sources and transportation distances, the cost and price of natural gas are quite different from other cities and counties. Therefore, the price department of the county government is entrusted to set the price of other gases except car gas.

For urban low-income groups and users who use wall-hung boilers for heating in winter, due to the rising natural gas prices of residents, appropriate subsidies will be given to the increased living expenses.

Subsidize the increased costs of urban buses and rural passenger vehicles using natural gas due to the increase in gas prices, but the passenger fares are not adjusted. Specific measures have been calculated and improved by relevant departments.
