How to install drawer guide rail

1. First of all, we should know that the slide rails of a three-slide chest of drawers are divided into outer rails, middle rails and inner rails.

2. Move the inner guide rail of the drawer slide rail away from the drawer edge, and we find that there will be a spring behind it. We can only remove the inner guide rail by gently pressing on both sides. In addition, it should be noted that the outer rail and the middle rail are interconnected and cannot be separated.

3. First install the outer rail and the middle rail on both sides of the drawer box, and then fix the inner inverted frame on the side of the drawer (pay attention to the alignment of the outer rail and the inner rail, otherwise the drawer at the back will not fit). If the furniture is finished with one key, and there is a hole in the cabinet of the drawer and the side of the drawer, it will be installed, so there is no need to find a place or punch holes by yourself.

4. Before installing the slideway, the drawer should be assembled into a whole. There are two holes on the guide rail, which can adjust the distance of the drawer from top to bottom and from front to back.

5. Next is the installation of the inner rail and the outer rail. At this time, the position of the inner rail and the outer rail is the same, and the inner rail is fixed on the chest of drawers with screws. Then we fix the remaining unlocked screws.

6. Use the same method on the other side (emphasize that the inner rails on both sides must be horizontal).

7. After the installation, pull more drawers to see if they can be used. If there is any problem, you can readjust it.
