Now that you have graduated from college, you should have some theoretical knowledge, but if you want to enter the programming and design department, you need opportunities. Once the work requires you, you will have certain advantages over others; with theoretical knowledge and practical experience, there is no reason for the boss or leader to not use you. A good designer must have rich practical experience. Otherwise, it will be done behind closed doors, and good products will not be designed.
