1. Candidates applying for professional and technical positions and management positions are conducted by structured interviews, mainly to examine the basic abilities and qualities of candidates;

2. Among them, candidates applying for Mongolian-Chinese bilingual positions are interviewed in Chinese. The perfect score is 100. The interview was organized and implemented by the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau.

According to the requirements of the recruiting unit, candidates who apply for ground skills positions can take the vocational skills operation test or structured interview, with a full score of100;

3. Take a structured interview to enter the interview organized by the whole city. If the interview is conducted by means of vocational skill operation test, the recruitment unit and its competent department shall be responsible for organizing and implementing the interview plan after it is reported to the open recruitment office for approval.
