Among them, we followed the sewage flow, from the dark water inlet full of various sundries, to the aeration tank and sedimentation tank with surging black water, to the final sedimentation tank of water flow, and finally to the Xinglin sewage treatment plant at the outlet. Sewage treatment processes include grid separation, gravity sedimentation and A2/O activated sludge process. Sewage treatment system includes primary treatment, secondary treatment and sludge treatment. After the harmless treatment of sewage, the water quality can reach the first-class B standard.

The weather is not strong enough today, and the heavy rain in the afternoon failed to stop us from visiting Xinglin Sewage Treatment Plant. The teacher with a microphone and an umbrella explained it carefully to the students. The students jostled shoulder to shoulder, stood on tiptoe and pricked up their ears to listen to the teacher's introduction.

It is understood that A2/O process is an anaerobic-anoxic-aerobic biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal wastewater treatment process, which has a high removal effect on BOD5, ss, nitrogen and phosphorus, so it is also called biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal process.

A2/O process divides the biological reaction tank into anaerobic stage, anoxic stage and aerobic stage. In the anaerobic stage, phosphorus accumulating bacteria in sludge released phosphorus, and BOD5 was partially removed. After entering the aerobic stage, phosphorus accumulating bacteria absorb more and more phosphorus, and sludge becomes high phosphorus sludge. By discharging excess sludge, phosphorus is removed, BOD5 is further removed, and NH3-N is digested. Through the internal reflux of the mixed solution containing nitrate and nitrite, NH3-N will undergo a digestion and denitrification reaction in the anoxic section, so the process has the function of biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal.

A2/O process makes full use of the principles of anaerobic-aerobic phosphorus removal and anoxic-aerobic nitrogen removal.

Aeration tank is a structure for sewage treatment by activated sludge process. Provide a certain sewage retention time in the tank to meet the oxygen demand of aerobic microorganisms and the mixing conditions of full contact between sewage and activated sludge. The aeration tank is mainly composed of tank body, aeration system and water inlet and outlet.

On Friday, June 27th, 20xx, led by Gao and warmly introduced by the engineers of the Science Park, we visited the electroplating workshop and electroplating wastewater treatment workshop of the bathroom.

In the electroplating workshop of Song Lin Bathroom, we learned about the electroplating process as follows:

Wax removal, oil removal, hydrophilization, coarsening, reduction, pre-impregnation, activation, water washing before degumming, water washing after degumming, electroless nickel plating, water washing before coke copper, water washing before acid copper, ammonium persulfate, semi-nickel polishing, full nickel polishing, chromium pre-activation, nickel polishing and back hanging.

The sewage treatment workshop of Song Lin Sanitary Ware Group was completed with a total investment of US$ 2 million, covering an area of 600 square meters, with a daily treatment capacity of1.2000 tons. After sewage treatment, the discharge is reduced and can be recycled, and the recovery rate is over 70%. Sewage discharge is monitored by environmental monitoring station in real time, so that all sewage and pollution are zero. The electroplating workshop discharges the sewage into the sewage treatment workshop for treatment, including copper sludge pool, nickel sludge pool, chromium sludge pool and comprehensive sludge pool. After this understanding and practice, I have a deeper understanding of the choice of sewage treatment methods. Before I went, my understanding only stayed in the book theory, only knowing how to do the electroplating wastewater treatment system, and I didn't know why. Through today's site visit, the engineers patiently explained in detail. I feel that I have a more intuitive contact with the treatment of electroplating wastewater, and I have a higher level understanding of all parts of the system process and the working principle of wastewater treatment. At present, the reserve of professional knowledge is still insufficient. 3. Luxiang Petrochemical (June 30)

The sewage treated by Luxiang Petrochemical is mainly oil.

Before the visit, Director Huang mainly explained the sewage treatment, the use of sewage treatment devices and the sewage treatment process. Director Huang introduced the anaerobic tank, the first-class aerobic tank, the V-shaped sand filter, the falling water aeration tank and two kinds of membrane groups in turn when he visited the site.

Among them, the water in UASB anaerobic tank is as black as ink, and the water containing activated sludge in the first aerobic tank keeps tumbling. Director Huang said that after anaerobic treatment, COD decreased obviously, and then some SS, COD, cobalt, manganese and iron were removed by V-shaped sand filtration, so that the water could meet the first-class discharge standard.

After this understanding and practice, I have a deeper understanding of the choice of sewage treatment methods. Before I went, my understanding only stayed in the book theory, only knowing the petrochemical sewage treatment process. Through today's on-site visit, Director Huang is not afraid of the hot summer and patiently and meticulously explains. Have a deeper understanding of the basic characteristics of chemical wastewater, the company's environmental protection measures and various units of water treatment, and once again realize the application of ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis technology in practical projects. On the morning of June 7, we gathered in front of the school training building, and then the school bus took us to the sewage treatment plant. After entering the factory, we first visited all kinds of data display walls in the lobby of the office building, and then came to the conference room. The chief engineer of the factory gave us a detailed explanation of the technological process and theoretical knowledge of the actual operation of the factory. Later, all our classmates were divided into two groups, and two projects led us to visit the whole factory. During the visit, we asked the engineer questions in time when we encountered problems, and the engineer patiently explained them to us.

1995 Kunming second sewage treatment plant was completed and put into use. Located on Guannan Avenue, the plant is mainly responsible for treating domestic sewage of residents around Guandu District, with a designed water treatment capacity of 654.38+10,000 tons/day.

After treatment, the water quality can reach the national standard (GB 189 18-2002-I B), and the treated water is discharged into Panlong River. The sewage treatment plant adopts A2/O process.

The effluent and influent indexes of the plant are also clearly defined according to the relevant national regulations. The influent water quality is BOD =180mg/l ss = 250mg/l t-n = 45mg/l t-p = 5mg/l, and the effluent water quality is BOD ≤ 15mg/l SS ≤ 65438.

Five submersible sewage pumps are used for the water inlet pump of the second plant, and the flow rate of a single pump is 0. 43 m3/ s, 4 for use 1 standby. The PLC system can control the start and stop of the water pump according to the water level, and can also make the water pump run alternately. An electric control valve is installed on the outlet pipe of a pump, which can play a fine-tuning role in controlling the water level. If the water inflow is greater than the design flow and the water level rises abnormally, it will overflow through the overflow channel, and the overflow water level is 3.40 m.
