Training process:

1. Carry out internship in rotation before graduation. Internship departments involve the whole process departments of the company, such as office/financial accounting department, agency/car dealer business department, interactive/agricultural insurance business department, non-auto insurance/heavy passenger team, claims sub-center, business processing center, district and county branches of four-level institutions, etc. It aims at employees to learn about the whole process of the company and lay a foundation for future work.

2. During the rotation of each department, they will learn from the excellent staff in this position, and during the internship, they will be trained in relevant professional knowledge and practical training.

3. At the end of the internship period, conduct relevant post assessment, and determine whether to sign the tripartite agreement according to the assessment results;

4. signing of tripartite agreement;

5. signing a formal labor contract;

6. Five insurances and one gold are purchased during the probation period, and the probation period can be deducted during the internship period.
