In accordance with the requirements of advancing the "Strategy Implementation Project", management has been gradually standardized through the implementation of a series of internal control systems such as comprehensive plan management, financial budget management, and performance appraisal methods. Actively report the power supply and demand situation to the provincial company, adjust power indicators in a timely manner according to demand, increase close cooperation with Wenshan Electric Power, and reduce power losses; rationally arrange peak loads during flood seasons, and increase low power and load rates. Strengthen demand-side management, deepen user services, cooperate with gold medal services to welcome the Olympic Games, and strive to include large power consumers in the provincial company's basic load management, so that capacity does not escape and ensure steady growth of electricity.
