Binzhou Zhongyu Food Co., Ltd. was established in 2003, located in Binzhou City, Shandong Province. It is an environment-friendly and energy-saving circular ecological industrial chain integrating high-quality wheat seed breeding, planting promotion, wheat acquisition, primary processing of wheat (flour and dried noodles production), deep processing of wheat (gluten and edible alcohol production), flour food processing (baking and quick-frozen food), fast food/community convenience chain, breeding and slaughter processing.

In different countries, different systems and different historical periods, the international definition of state-owned enterprises is very different. State-owned enterprises in China are defined according to control rights and business objectives, that is, the government can exercise effective direct or indirect control over them (ownership is the first thing to exercise control rights legally), and enterprises with commercial or non-commercial objectives can be defined as state-owned enterprises, including state-controlled joint-stock enterprises.
