Here, the day's work is over.

Third, there is not much room for development. Yurun is a typical family business. Middle and senior managers are generally relatives and friends of the boss, while low-level managers are the ashes of the company and have worked in the company for more than ten years. Many old employees reject newcomers, especially office managers, who have low academic qualifications (general primary school diplomas), so when they see that people with high academic qualifications can't find a sense of superiority, they try their best to suppress newcomers. Basically, there is no future.

Fourth, you can't learn anything. Working in the workshop of the branch company, cutting meat and packaging; The office just ran to the store to grab the order, distribute the goods and unload the goods, with no technical content.

5. The company has no integrity. Many things promised in the early stage can't be fulfilled in the later stage, deceiving employees and customers, so the turnover rate of the company is very high. Both college students and social recruits have basically left their jobs within one year. I was the longest in our group and finally had to leave. Waste youth and life, can't afford to play.
