Applicants for qualification review must bring the following personal information:

① 1 copy of "Registration Review Form";

② Original and copy of valid ID 1 1 copy; 1 recent 1-inch ID photo with no hat on the front;

③ 1 original and copy of a valid graduation certificate and degree certificate, 1 copy of the "Ministry of Education Academic Certificate Electronic Registration Form". Those who study abroad and mainland students in Taiwan who apply for the exam must provide the original and a copy of the academic degree certification from the National Ministry of Education’s Study Abroad Service Center.

Receive public institution examination materials

Fresh graduates from colleges and universities in 2023 who have not yet obtained a diploma or degree certificate when registering must provide the original and a copy of their student ID card, stamped with school employment 1 original and copy of the graduate recommendation form with the official seal of the department, 1 copy of the "Ministry of Education Student Status Online Verification Report" and 1 letter of commitment to obtain a graduation certificate and degree certificate that meets the job requirements before August 31, 2023.

④ If the position has other requirements, the original and a copy of the corresponding valid certificate or certificate must be provided.

Tips: The qualification review and registration are conducted at the same time. Applicants can only choose one recruitment position to register for, and are not allowed to apply for both. Qualification review runs through the entire process of talent introduction. If it is found that there are violations of disciplines and regulations, incomplete materials, false information, or registered candidates who do not meet the introduction conditions, the introduction qualification will be cancelled.
