2. Recruitment Scope

3. Application conditions

IV. Recruitment procedures and methods

Recruitment work is organized and implemented in accordance with procedures such as registration, qualification review, preliminary test confirmation, examination, physical examination, inspection, publicity, and employment.

(1) Registration

(4) Examination

Examinations generally include preliminary examinations and re-examinations.

1. Preliminary examination

The preliminary examination is a closed-book written examination, which is organized by our bureau.

When the scores of all candidates in the preliminary examination are less than 60 points, the recruitment plan for this position will be cancelled.

2. Re-examination

The re-examination will be organized by each recruitment unit, and the time and location of the re-examination will be notified separately.

The re-examination generally adopts the interview method. Each recruiting unit may add professional examinations according to the characteristics of the position.

The total score for the retest is 100 points.

The preliminary test and retest scores will each account for 50% to calculate the total score.

If the re-examination takes the form of a combination of interviews and professional examinations, the preliminary examination scores, interview scores, and professional examination scores will be calculated in the proportion of 50%, 35%, and 15% to calculate the total score.

For doctoral candidates who do not participate in the preliminary examination, the re-examination will take the form of a combination of interviews and professional examinations. The re-examination results will be the total score. The interview scores and professional examination scores will be calculated based on the ratio of 70% and 30%.

Only candidates with a total score of no less than 60 points can be identified as candidates for physical examination and inspection.

According to the order of total scores from high to low, candidates for physical examination and inspection will be determined in a 1:1 ratio between candidates and positions, and announced to the public.

(5) Physical examination and inspection

The physical examination will be organized by the recruiting unit in a designated hospital. Those who do not participate in the physical examination on time without consent will be deemed to have automatically given up their qualifications.
