As we all know, the employment situation is grim, and the employment problem of fresh graduates affects the center of the party and the country. In 2007, the employment situation of college students in China is still grim! At the 2007 National Conference on Employment of College Graduates held not long ago, Zhang Xiaojian, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, analyzed and judged the employment situation in 2007: the employment pressure of college graduates increased, the overall employment market was in short supply, and the employment situation was relatively tight. According to official data, the number of college graduates has surged to 465,438+0.3 million. In 2006, it increased by 75 million compared with the same period of last year, with a year-on-year increase of 22%. But only one college graduate signed the contract, but there was no intention of 49.8438+0%.

In order to further understand the employment situation of these college graduates, students can learn more employment information and help us plan the future of the school. Our practice team decided to interview former college graduates, enterprises and business owners in the development of Wenzhou private enterprises to get more comprehensive first-hand information. They collected the source-Yueqing City, Wenzhou, and entered the local private enterprises.

In the practice of 15 days, we visited a large number of enterprises and private enterprises to investigate the employment situation of graduates in Wenzhou, mainly Wenzhou University graduates and career development. Now it is gradually becoming a good trend to choose a job that suits you, rather than the previous job, and be elected as a major. At present, the results of our statistics show that about 34% graduates are engaged in their own majors, and only 38% graduates are engaged in their own majors. With the development of society, a considerable number of students look for jobs first, find sources of income based on their own clubs, and find the most suitable jobs after graduation. This is a survey from 3000 people. Only about 38% of graduates have never changed jobs, and about 42% of college graduates have changed jobs more than two times.

From this, we can easily find that the salary requirements for college graduates tend to be rational, and we can make our rational judgment, not only low, but also excessive pursuit of high wages. In the process of our investigation, a senior often said: I hope their monthly salary 1500 will be satisfied at the beginning, 500 stores, 500 for personal use and 500 for saving. After several years of exploration, social wages are not much, just to prove their value.

3。 Self-efficacy and self-expectation of supervisor position at work

In many enterprises, about 97% of graduates have poor working ability, but bad habits and lack of professional skills are the main reasons for graduates. More than half of the graduates said that the most promising professional skills are in enterprises, and only 2 1% of them want to be promoted and study abroad. As can be seen from the above, the graduates surveyed pay more attention to the improvement of their own quality and professional skills, not just temporary interests.

We deeply realize that as students, we must pay attention to practical ability, participate more in social practice, do more part-time jobs and our own majors, which are no longer limited to books and classes, but should combine professional knowledge with practice to adapt to the future of society as soon as possible.

Job hunting skills have also become the focus of people's attention, and it is really necessary for this school to offer employment guidance and career guidance lectures. They said that it is easier to get employment information through special employment seminars, employment guidance websites and campus job fairs. However, they also said that the small-scale campus recruitment practice meeting, the recruitment unit reflected that the employment channels of graduates in the emerging online recruitment and employment market, and international adoption of acquaintances also accounted for a certain proportion (but in Wenzhou, the survey results show that the limitations of Wenzhou's private enterprise as a family enterprise may lead to a higher proportion of acquaintances).

58% of the graduates think that the most important personal quality for enterprises to recruit, except for 20% who think professional knowledge. The reputation of a school affects employment. Diplomas are no longer just "diplomas", only talents gradually rise. Innovative practical ability and professional knowledge are considered to be the advantages of others in the competition for the same position. At the same time, they have gained the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation and the spirit of hard struggle, which has also become an advantage. In today's workplace, personal quality has become a dominant factor, affecting work. Only when you have laid a solid foundation for improving your meaning and achievements in school can you find a satisfactory job (your fate has always been in your own hands).

7。 The Influence of Career Planning on Employment

According to the statistics of the questionnaire survey results, we can see that about half of the graduates said that they began to consider the employment problem in their sophomore year, about 10% of the people's congress, and the rest did not start to consider it until they went to school or graduated.

In the college students' career planning scheme, only about 1 1% people know their career planning and know how to plan it, while 59% people don't know their career planning. At this point, we can see that at least in recent trading days, the vast majority of college graduates have poor awareness of college career planning. Moreover, the vast majority of people say that the help provided by the school is not much. Career development courses. Only 9% of the graduates are satisfied with the school's employment guidance seminar, but at the same time, 25% people say that the school does not have this service. At this point, we can see that the course of career planning in colleges and universities has not been popularized, the quality of the process is generally not high, and the students who need it cannot reach it.
