As we all know, the employment situation is grim, and the employment problem of fresh graduates affects the center of the party and the country. At the 2007 National Conference on Employment of College Graduates held not long ago, Zhang Xiaojian, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, analyzed and judged the employment situation in 2007: the employment pressure of college graduates increased, the overall employment market was in short supply, and the employment situation was relatively tight. According to official data, the number of college graduates has surged to 465,438+0.3 million. In order to further understand the employment situation of these college graduates, students can learn more employment information and help us plan the future of the school. Our practice team decided to interview former college graduates, enterprises and business owners in the development of Wenzhou private enterprises to get more comprehensive first-hand information. With the development of society, a considerable number of students look for jobs first, find sources of income based on their own clubs, and find the most suitable jobs after graduation. In the process of our investigation, a senior often said: I hope their monthly salary 1500 will be satisfied at the beginning, 500 stores, 500 for personal use and 500 for saving. After several years of exploration, social wages are not much, just to prove their value.

3。 Self-efficacy and self-expectation of supervisor position at work

In many enterprises, about 97% of graduates have poor working ability, but bad habits and lack of professional skills are the main reasons for graduates. More than half of the graduates said that the most promising professional skills are in enterprises, and only 2 1% of them want to be promoted and study abroad. As can be seen from the above, the graduates surveyed pay more attention to the improvement of their own quality and professional skills, not just temporary interests.

We deeply realize that as students, we must pay attention to practical ability, participate more in social practice, do more part-time jobs and our own majors, which are no longer limited to books and classes, but should combine professional knowledge with practice to adapt to the future of society as soon as possible.

According to the statistics of the questionnaire survey results, we can see that about half of the graduates said that they began to consider the employment problem in their sophomore year, about 10% of the people's congress, and the rest did not start to consider it until they went to school or graduated.

In the college students' career planning scheme, only about 1 1% people know their career planning and know how to plan it, while 59% people don't know their career planning. At this point, we can see that at least in recent trading days, the vast majority of college graduates have poor awareness of college career planning. Moreover, the vast majority of people say that the help provided by the school is not much. Career development courses. Only 9% of the graduates are satisfied with the school's employment guidance seminar, but at the same time, 25% people say that the school does not have this service.
