What is the function of dust removal at the top of lime shaft furnace?

I just designed and installed lime shaft furnace top dust removal. Let me introduce the process.

The dust and SO2 produced by the lime shaft kiln production line are treated and purified by the installed dust removal and desulfurization system, so that the dust really reaches the standard.

Turbid high-temperature flue gas produced by lime shaft kiln first enters the desulfurization tower and fully contacts with the absorption liquid sprayed by the spray layer in the absorption tower. So that the sulfur dioxide gas in the flue gas fully reacts with the absorption liquid to generate calcium sulfate, thereby removing the flue gas and achieving the effect of desulfurization; and meanwhile, the injection of the absorption liquid can also achieve the effect of cooling the high-temperature flue gas. Secondly, the flue gas after desulfurization and cooling from the absorption tower is introduced into the multi-tube ceramic cyclone dust collector after absorption tower (the position of bag dust collector with stricter index is reserved in the future) for further desulfurization and dust removal. Finally, the standard flue gas after two times of dust removal and desulfurization is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney.
