4. From 6 pm on March 2 (the fifteenth day of the first lunar month) to the whole day of March 3 (the sixteenth day of the first lunar month), it is strictly prohibited for shops to take out food and operate on the street, and mobile vendors are prohibited from operating in restricted areas.

5. From 6 pm on March 2 (the fifteenth day of the first lunar month) to the whole day of March 3 (the sixteenth day of the first lunar month), residents and shops on both sides of Meeting Road are prohibited from climbing roofs and fences, gathering on balconies, Littering.

Traffic restriction plan

Motor vehicles originally parked on prohibited roads can exit from Jingu Highway, Gegu Outer Ring Road, Liulu Road, and Gewan Road. After exiting, you are not allowed to enter the prohibited road again during the prohibited period.

2. From 8:00 am to 24:00 on March 3 (the 16th day of the first lunar month), Jinshui East and West Street between Anzheng Road (Gewan Road to Fubin Road) and Fubin Second Branch Road to Huajing Road The road is closed to motor vehicles.

Motor vehicles originally parked on prohibited roads can exit from Jingu Highway, Gegu Outer Ring Road, Liulv Road, and Gewan Road. After exiting, they are not allowed to enter the prohibited roads again during the prohibited period. Roads;
