In order to further develop the social and cultural functions of Ruichang Library, enrich the cultural volunteers of Ruichang Library, and improve reader services level, we are now recruiting cultural volunteers for Ruichang City Library in 2022. The volunteer service time is during the winter and summer holidays in 2022. The specific recruitment information is as follows:

1. Recruitment requirements

1. There are no restrictions on gender and academic qualifications, young volunteers are over 10 years old;

2. College students are preferred, there is no limit on whether they are students or graduates, and social practice certificates and volunteer certificates can be provided;

3. Strong learning ability, familiar with computer and mobile phone operations, serious, responsible, patient and meticulous work attitude, able to provide library services every week;

4. Accept the management of the library and service team, and abide by the library Comply with the library's rules and regulations and obey the library's arrangements;

5. Love the library, love public welfare, have a sense of service, and volunteer to participate in library service work;

2. Service content

1. Assist the librarian in the daily management of the reading room, such as book classification and shelving maintenance, book borrowing and returning, assistance in book search for readers, etc.;

2. Assist the librarian Maintain readers' borrowing order, advise and correct readers' uncivilized behavior, and create a harmonious and civilized borrowing and learning environment for readers;

3. Assist library consultation services and epidemic prevention work;

4 .Assist in organizing the planning and preparation of library-related activities;

5. Daily office secretarial work and other temporary assignments;

3. Working hours

Tuesday to Sunday, 9:00-12:00 am, 14:00-17:30 pm

One day off on Saturday and Sunday.

4. Volunteer treatment

1. The library issues social practice certificates and certificates to volunteers who participate in and complete volunteer work.

5. Volunteer registration process

1. Registration time: Starting from January 20, 2022, we will recruit 6 people until all registrations are filled.

6. Recruitment Procedure

A preliminary review will be conducted based on various qualities among the applicants, and those who meet the requirements will be notified for an interview. The candidates will be selected based on their interview scores, and those who pass the interview will be candidates for recruitment. After research and discussion at the Ruichang City Library meeting to determine the candidates for employment, Ruichang City Library cultural volunteers will be uniformly arranged to participate in on-the-job training.
