Zhou Zhen Town Industrial Park

The predecessor of Zhou Zhen Town Industrial Cluster in Yizheng City is Xupu Industrial Park in Yizheng Economic Development Zone. Relying on the advantages of resources and talents of Yizheng Chemical Fiber, it was developed and constructed by Xupu Town People's Government of Yizheng City on 1992. After years of efforts by the town Party Committee and government 10, it has developed into a specialized and characteristic industrial cluster featuring the production of chemical fiber textiles, nonwovens and their extended products. It is an important nonwovens industrial cluster in China. In 2002, it was named as a provincial township industrial community, and in 2003 it was named as Yangzhou township industrial demonstration park. In order to comprehensively enhance the overall competitiveness of Zhou Zhen industrial cluster nonwovens and related extension products, Zhou Zhen seized the opportunity of the opening of high-grade highways along the Yangtze River in 2006, and planned to develop the Yangtze River industrial cluster with light and pollution-free labor-intensive industries and high-tech industries on both sides of the highway. In response to the construction of automobile industrial park, plan and develop the tea shed industrial community with automobile parts as the leading industry to the north, and strive to be superior, bigger and stronger in 3-5 years. At the same time, with Sanba Village as the main body, functional logistics centers and processing zones are planned and laid out in the north of Tong Ning Highway, on both sides of the north extension line of Wannian Avenue and in front of the railway station. The unique location, convenient transportation, perfect infrastructure and the advantages of neighboring large enterprises have formed the industrial agglomeration effect. At present, there are nearly 30 enterprises directly engaged in the production of nonwovens in the whole region, including 1 1, and supporting enterprises 16. At present, there are 40 nonwoven production lines with an annual production capacity of 60,000 tons and annual sales of about 600 million yuan, accounting for about 10% of the national nonwoven production capacity, with more than 3,500 direct and supporting employees. It presents an industrial agglomeration pattern of product production and development and coordinated development of raw material machinery, and has become one of the local pillar industries.
