Legal analysis: (1) overseas students and teams employed to study natural science and social science in this city;

(2) Overseas students and their teams who set up enterprises in this Municipality;

(three) other urgently needed overseas students and teams in this city.

Applicants must meet the following basic requirements:

(a) units should be registered in Shanghai and have independent legal personality;

(two) the unit promises to give the applicant the necessary personnel and conditions;

(3) As of June 5438+1 October1day of the year of application, the applicant is under 50 years of age, has been working in China for less than 2 years or has been starting a business in China for less than 4 years;

(four) after returning to China, it has not received financial support from the state or the municipal government;

(5) It has not received any financial aid from this plan, and the cumulative number of applications for this plan is no more than 2 times.

Legal basis: Shanghai Pujiang Talent Plan Management Measures

Article 2 Pujiang Plan mainly subsidizes overseas students and teams who have recently returned to China to work and start businesses in Shanghai. The main recipients are:

(1) Overseas students and teams engaged in natural science and social science research in this Municipality;

(2) Overseas students and their teams who set up enterprises in this Municipality;

(three) other urgently needed overseas students and teams in this city.

Article 7 An applicant shall meet the following basic conditions:

Article 8 Overseas students and teams who have reached a clear employment intention with the employing units in this Municipality but have not yet gone through the formalities of settling in, or overseas students and teams who have reached a project landing intention with the relevant overseas students pioneer parks but have not yet set up an entity, can declare according to the regulations.
