Interviews (or professional tests) are mainly conducted in December.
1. The interview (or professional test) is organized by the municipal human resources and social security department, and the interview (or professional test) announcement will be published on the Hefei Personnel Examination Network.
2. If the interviews (or professional tests) are organized by the municipal competent departments themselves, the competent departments of the recruiting units shall publish the results on the Hefei Personnel Examination Network and the website of the unit according to regulations. The Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau Approved interview (or professional test) implementation plan (announcement), and publish the list of personnel participating in the interview (or professional test) of the affiliated recruiting unit and their written test scores and rankings. It should also state: recruitment positions and number, procedures and rules, The content, method, time and location of the examination, as well as the recruitment unit’s contact person, contact number, supervision telephone number and other matters.
Position A adopts a structured interview method, and position B adopts a professional test method. Professional tests can include professional written tests, combined with interviews (which can be conducted through structured interviews, leaderless group discussions, trial lectures, defenses, scenario simulations, skill operations, etc.), focusing on testing business abilities, work skills, comprehensive qualities and potential .
A group of examiners must be set up for the interview. The examiner group is generally no less than 7 people, of which the number of external examiners must account for more than half of the examiner group.
The structured interview results will be announced on the spot, with a minimum score of 60 points. Candidates who do not reach the minimum score will not be allowed to enter the physical examination and inspection; if there is only one person participating in the interview for the recruitment position, the candidate's interview score must reach that day The average interview score of candidates who actually participated in the interview in this examination room.
If the professional test adopts more than two methods, it will be combined according to a certain proportion to form a professional test score, which will be announced on the Hefei Personnel Examination Network within 10 days after the completion of the professional test. The professional test sets a minimum score of 60 points. Candidates who do not reach the minimum score will not be allowed to enter the physical examination and inspection.
