What is the relationship between product manager and interaction (or UI) designer?

The product manager doesn't have to start as an interaction designer. In fact, the product manager is not strict about what he did before, because he pays more attention to a comprehensive ability. For example, if he is a product manager, he will have an advantage in the code layer, and this part may be better grasped when making products. If you are a designer and a product manager, you will have an advantage in interface and visual effects; If you are an interactive product manager, you will have advantages in functional planning ... The product manager is actually like a planner, planning the birth, development and extinction of a product. This position pays more attention to a person's coordination and management ability. How to apply for resources from the boss, how to make a product cooler, and how to coordinate the relationship between team members are all things that the product manager should do.

Interaction designers consider relatively microscopic issues. Usually, they only consider the relationship between products and users, which users a product is aimed at, what needs it meets, how users will use the product, how to determine the priority of functions, and what kind of interface design can make them use it more smoothly. This is what interaction designers should do.

Because the work of interaction designers is closely related to the development process of a product, many interaction designers gradually become product managers, and having an interaction design background is indeed an advantage of being a good product manager, but it does not mean that product managers must start from interaction designers ~ ~ ~
