The processing of Chinese herbal medicines in Nanchuan Village has begun to take shape. The processed Chinese herbal medicines such as angelica and astragalus have been exported to Hunan, Hebei, Henan, Guangxi, Sichuan, Chongqing, Shaanxi and other provinces and cities. Foreign merchants come to purchase, and tablet computers in urban areas and nearby towns and villages are brought to the village for trading. Nanchuan Village has established the Chinese Herbal Medicine Processing Pieces Association, and the examination and approval procedures are being processed. The development of Chinese herbal medicine processing industry in Nanchuan Village not only increased farmers' income, but also promoted the development of various undertakings in Nanchuan Village. In terms of labor services, every medicinal materials processing and marketing household in this village employs 8- 15 people per day, and Nanchuan village employs 172800 people per year (times). The labor force in Nanchuan village is far from meeting the production demand, so it is necessary to recruit workers from nearby villages, with an annual wage of 2.08 million yuan, which effectively relieves the employment pressure in the urban area.
