Liaoning Shanyanwang Liquor Co., Ltd. is located in Tieling City, Liaoning Province, a famous grain-producing county in China. Black Pig
Changtu black pig, also known as Liaoning black pig Changtu type, was a cross between local sows and Berkshire boars imported from Britain in the 1940s. 1979, the province confirmed that Sanhe pig farm in Changtu county has five groups of systematic breeding of Chang× black and Su× black pigs. Among them, Chang X Black Group was selected and identified in 1984, and was officially listed as Liaoning black pig line. It is mainly distributed in 7 townships such as Bamiancheng, Qujia, Ping 'an and Dawa in Changtu County.
Changtu black pig is black all over and belongs to the dual-purpose type of meat and fat. The average weight of adult boars is 220kg, and that of adult sows is 150kg. Its main features are as follows:
Fast growth and high feeding efficiency. Due to the advantages of strong adaptability, roughage resistance, cold resistance and disease resistance, under the condition of extensive feeding in rural areas, the average daily gain during fattening period was 606 grams, and the feed-meat ratio was 3.7: 1. Under the condition of good feeding level, the daily gain is obvious.
Strong reproductive ability and good lactation performance. Changtu black pig sows have more than 7 pairs of nipples, with an average of more than 12 litter, and more than 10 live piglets. Piglets gain weight quickly and have low morbidity.
High slaughter rate and good meat quality. The slaughter rate at 100 kg is about 70%. The carcass lean meat rate is 52%, and the meat is fresh and tender. 1985 was designated as a lean pig base county by the state.
Fujiahuasheng
Fujia Huasheng, a specialty of Tieling, Liaoning Province, is a symbolic product of China's national geography. It is named after its origin in Fujia Town of this county. The unique geographical location and climatic conditions make peanuts big in grain, thin in skin, white in fruit, clear in net shape, full in texture, crisp and sweet in taste, high in protein, high in glutamic acid and free of aflatoxin B 1. The test results showed that arsenic, chromium and aflatoxin B 1 in Fujiabai and Fu Jiahong were not detected, and the contents of harmful substances such as lead, cadmium and mercury were far below the specified index, reaching the green food standard (-). The test results show that compared with the other nine producing areas, Fu Jiahuasheng has outstanding advantages. First, the crude protein content is high, 36.9% in Fu Jia white peanut and 35.8% in Fu Jia safflower, which is higher than other producing areas 1.9%-7.9%. Secondly, the content of glutamic acid is high, with Fu Jia white peanut reaching 65 100mg/ 100g and Fu Jia safflower raw reaching 652 1mg/ 100g, which is higher than other producing areas. Third, the content of lysine is high, reaching 1242mg/ 100g in Fu Jia and 1256 mg/ 100 g in Fu Jia.
Liangzhongqiao dried tofu
