What are the reasons for college students to change jobs?

First: the company's treatment is not good, the development prospect is not very optimistic, or the company atmosphere is not harmonious. I can't integrate myself into the group, I have no sense of accomplishment in my work, and I don't get along well with my colleagues. In short, I feel that this long-term job may have no future or I can't devote myself to it in this atmosphere.

Second: personal reasons, people are arrogant and not wronged. They feel that it is of great value for them to come out and work in a famous university. They don't know how to start at the grassroots level first, and they won't work hard, or other companies will dig people and give them better treatment. Apart from this unbalanced psychological struggle, most people always choose the better side. Such college students can't make the right choice in mind and reason, and if they are hesitant and vacillating, the company will not let go.
