Notice of the event

Shangdang District, Tunliu District, Changzi County People’s Government, and relevant municipal units:

The relocation of Changzhi Wangcun Airport is a key project of our city. The implementation of the project will have great and far-reaching significance for improving flight safety, reducing noise pollution, facilitating people's travel, and accelerating economic development. At present, the Civil Aviation Airport Planning and Design Research Institute Co., Ltd. has initially selected the pre-selected site for the relocation of Changzhi Wangcun Airport. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the relocation project, the municipal government has decided to prohibit the relocation of Changzhi Wangcun Airport from now on. Construction, mining, quarrying and other activities are carried out within the site control area. The relevant matters are now notified as follows:

1. Scope of the control area

(1) Preliminary site 1: Located south of Daxinzhuang Village, Donghe Village and Nanshan District in Changzi County To the west of Lizhuang Village, to the north of Dajing Village and Chang Village, and to the east of He'an Village and Siqian Village. It extends to 112.91492087°E in the east, 112.95076494°E in the west, 36.21465103°N in the south, and 36.16757119°N in the north.

(2) Preliminary Site 2: Located in Changzi County to the west of Nanchang Village and Xiwangpo Village, and to the east of Dongwanhu Village. It extends to 112.87565039°E in the east, 112.91339813°E in the west, 36.21372173°N in the south, and 36.16971081°N in the north.

2. Prohibited Matters

(1) Within the control area, governments and departments at all levels are strictly prohibited from approving new land for construction and any other construction projects; it is strictly prohibited to approve mining, quarrying and other production and operation projects; it is strictly prohibited to approve newly reclaimed wasteland.

(2) Within the control area, no unit or individual is allowed to build, renovate or expand buildings, structures and communication pipelines; construction projects that have been approved by relevant departments but have not yet been implemented, as well as mining, quarrying and other production and operations The project shall not start construction; no new reclamation of wasteland and new development of agricultural land shall be allowed.

(3) Any construction activities and mining, quarrying and other production and operation activities that are being implemented within the control area must be stopped immediately.

(4) Proposed buildings within 20 kilometers from both ends of the airport runway extension and 10 kilometers to the side, 30 meters above the original ground and 150 meters above the airport area elevation, need to report to the city The National Development and Reform Commission submits an application and it can be constructed only after it has been demonstrated that it will not affect the safety of flight airspace.

3. Relevant Requirements

(1) Units and individuals that violate regulations and carry out construction and production activities in the pre-selected site control area without authorization shall be punished by the county and district government in accordance with regulations. We will deal with it seriously, and illegal construction and production projects will be dismantled or banned free of charge in accordance with the law.

(2) The county and district governments where the airport is located are solely responsible for the control of the pre-selected site for airport relocation. Due to insufficient attention and ineffective work, the new construction, reconstruction and expansion of buildings and structures, mining, quarrying and other production activities and land and project approval behaviors in the pre-site selection control area will be seriously investigated by the municipal government. Lead administrative responsibilities.

(3) Relevant units directly under the municipal government that are involved in the approval of construction and production projects within the pre-site selection control area must apply to the municipal government for approval in advance, otherwise the main leaders of the units will be seriously held accountable for their administrative responsibilities.

(4) After the location of Changzhi Airport is determined, the municipal government will notify the release of control.
