Is Caofeidian going to develop a university town and give up Tanghai Town?

I don't think this statement is correct. The university town is to be developed, which does not mean that Tanghai Town should be abandoned. There is no strong relationship between the two. One development will eliminate one, and the two can develop together. Although Tanghai is much smaller than the university town, the population of Tanghai Town is still very dense, and Tanghai Town has developed very well for a long time.
