Where is peace?

The spring water flows out from the limestone wall on the east bank of Tanglangchuan, and the spring is on the mountainside, just like a jade belt around the mountain. This is where the famous "the best soup in the world" lies. Anning hot spring, also known as Sanyi Spring, discovered this spring as early as the early Eastern Han Dynasty. In the Yuan Dynasty, Zhao Lian called it Jasper Spring, and wrote a poem in praise: "The spring is the most peaceful, and it overflows to harmony." "Hot spring water rises from the Ran Ran in the pebble seam at the bottom of the pool. The water quality is as beautiful as jade, the water temperature is about 4-5 degrees Celsius, and it has no sulfur smell. It is not only drinkable, but also suitable for bathing. Moreover, the water also contains mineral elements beneficial to the human body, such as calcium, magnesium, sodium and potassium, which belong to carbonate springs. The spring water contains trace elements such as potassium, sodium and zinc, which is very beneficial to the human body. The water temperature is between 42℃ and 45℃, and the spring water has little sulfur smell. Long-term bathing has a good auxiliary effect on the treatment of chronic stomach diseases, rheumatoid arthritis and skin diseases. Therefore, it is known as "the best soup in the world". In the thirty-first year of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty (1398), Xu Xiake, a famous geographer, came to Anning, Yunnan Province, leaving his record: "Its color is like jasper, reflecting the bright water."
