1. Review time

June 23-July 14 (9:00 to 11:00 am, 13:00 to 16:00 pm, Saturdays and Sundays Rest) for photo review, qualification review, and on-site confirmation.

2. Photo review, qualification review and registration confirmation

1. Photo review. Photos uploaded by candidates must use the dedicated photo processing tool (click to download) on the National Professional and Technical Personnel Qualification Examination Service Platform, which will be automatically reviewed by the registration system. If the photo does not pass the review, the applicant must modify it according to the review comments and re-upload the photo.

2. Relevant units or departments in each city must strictly follow the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security's "Notice on Issuing the Interim Measures for the Qualification Examination of Liaoning Provincial Professional and Technical Personnel Qualification Examination" (Liaoning People's Society) Issue [2014] No. 9) stipulates that photo review, qualification review and registration confirmation must be done carefully.

During the qualification review, candidates are required to submit all original application materials. The application form and exemption application form must be signed by the examiner and stamped with the official seal. After on-site qualification review and registration confirmation, and photo review passed, online payment can be made.

4. New candidates (including candidates who transfer to Liaoning for the first time from another place) must undergo qualification review and registration confirmation when applying. Only after on-site registration is confirmed, online payment can be made.

New candidates should hold 2 copies of the registration form (which can be printed after the photo is reviewed and the registration information is confirmed), and originals of relevant documents (ID card, graduation certificate, degree certificate, professional title certificate, work experience certificate, etc.) and 2 copies to the provincial or municipal or Suizhong County personnel title management department or personnel examination department for on-site qualification review. Applicants who meet the conditions for exemption of some subjects must also submit 2 copies of the "Declaration Form for Exemption of Qualifying Examination Subjects" and 2 originals and copies of relevant materials for exemption.
