What are the requirements for applying for labor qualification?

Labor qualification process: check the name with the local industrial and commercial bureau, prepare the articles of association of the enterprise, submit the materials required for registration, register the company and obtain the business license. When filling in the business scope, it should include "construction services" with a registered capital of more than 2 million yuan.

After the establishment of the company, we will recruit personnel according to the requirements of the Qualification Standard for Construction Services:

(1) technical director with intermediate title or above or senior engineer qualification in engineering sequence;

(2) There shall be no less than 5 construction site management personnel with certificates, and the builders, quality engineers, safety officers, laborers and other personnel shall be complete;

(three) no less than 50 skilled workers who have passed the examination or training.

The enterprise shall submit the application materials to the competent department of housing and urban and rural construction of the Municipal People's Government where industrial and commercial registration is located. Generally, the audit is completed within 20 working days, and the publicity period is 7 days. After the publicity, the original and photocopy of the qualification certificate can be printed.

After the qualification certificate is completed, you need to apply for a safety production license.
