The newly recruited university graduates in WISCO 20 13 should be graduates with bachelor's degree or above (excluding undergraduate, adult education, self-study exams, independent colleges and online colleges) enrolled in the national plan, and they can obtain graduation certificates and degree certificates on time. The specific conditions are:
