I. Physical examination items and standards

The employment physical examination is carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [20 16] 140 and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [20 10]82.

Second, the time and place of physical examination assembly

The physical examination of this employment is carried out under the guidance of the municipal competent department of civil servants. The physical examination was conducted in a medical institution designated by the provincial civil servant department.

Assembly time: 6: 45 am on August 19 (see Heze Personnel Examination Network for physical examination personnel).

Meeting place: West Gate of Heze Public Security Bureau (northeast of the intersection of Bayi Road and Tian Xiang Road).

Except in special circumstances, with the consent of the municipal competent department of civil servants, if the medical examiner fails to attend the medical examination at the specified time and place, it shall be deemed as giving up the medical examination.

Three. Matters needing attention in physical examination

(1) Candidates are required to bring a valid resident ID card, written test admission ticket, interview notice (communication tools and bags are not allowed to take part in the physical examination) and 300 yuan, and take part in the physical examination on an empty stomach (breakfast will be arranged uniformly after blood drawing and B-ultrasound examination).

(2) Medical examiners should actively cooperate with the staff and medical examiners, and earnestly complete various medical examination items. If the medical examination items are not completed as required within the specified time after being reminded by the staff or medical examination personnel, it shall be deemed as giving up the medical examination qualification.

(3) If the medical examiner intentionally conceals the disease or medical history that affects the employment during the medical examination, the recruitment agency will refuse or cancel the employment; In the process of physical examination, if the physical examination personnel collude with the physical examination staff to cheat or ask others to replace the physical examination, exchange or replace the test samples, the physical examination results will be invalid, and the recruitment agency will give them the treatment of refusing to hire or canceling the employment, and report it to the provincial competent department of civil servants for handling in accordance with relevant regulations.

(4) When the medical examiner has doubts about the results of the medical examination items that were not re-examined on the same day or on the spot, he may apply for re-examination to the medical examination implementation organ within 7 days from the date of receiving the notification of the medical examination conclusion. If the medical examination implementation organ has doubts about the conclusion of the medical examination, it shall decide whether to re-examine it within 7 days from the date of receiving the notice of the conclusion of the medical examination. The second interview can only be conducted 1 time, and the physical examination results shall be subject to the conclusion of the second interview. The physical examination items in the Special Standard for Civil Servants' Physical Examination (Trial) will not be re-examined.
