However, behind the achievements, we clearly realize that there are still many problems and difficulties, such as the overall quality of the medical technical team needs to be improved, the medical ethics needs to be further improved, the stamina of talent echelon construction is insufficient, and the specialties are incomplete, which can not meet the medical needs of different types of patients. In the second half of the 20th year, we will mainly carry out the following work.

(1) Continue to work hard and successfully set up a "top three" hospital.

We are well aware that all the work of our hospital will be greatly improved by creating the "top three". Therefore, we must continue to work hard, never slack off, and never be proud. The staff of our hospital should continue to work hard, carefully compare the standards, actively implement the rectification measures in view of the existing problems, create a "top three" hospital in one fell swoop, and realize the sustainable development of the hospital.

(2) Strengthen the construction of two disciplines and continue to implement the talent training plan.

According to the requirements of grade hospitals, we will comprehensively optimize the allocation of medical resources in the whole hospital, improve the construction of two disciplines, and highlight the training of key specialties. Successfully completed the work of surgery and internal medicine, and made preliminary preparations for the relocation. Continue to increase the recruitment of talents, do everything possible to introduce talents, especially high-level talents, and make a good talent reserve for the development of hospitals. Further expand new projects and technologies, so that the overall medical level of our hospital will reach a new level.

(3) Accelerate the construction of five-star wards in our hospital, and comprehensively implement and improve various supporting projects.

Actively cooperate with county key projects to speed up the construction of five-star ward project in our hospital. According to the requirements of the project progress, additional personnel will be stationed at the site to carry out various supporting projects with high standards to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.

(4) Deepen the reform of public hospitals and build hospitals that the people are satisfied with.

Conscientiously implement the policies of medical reform, actively plan according to the requirements of public hospital reform, and strive to do all the work well. Continue to carry out the "three good and one satisfaction" activities, strengthen the construction of medical ethics, create a "safe hospital", and strive to provide quality services to the broad masses of the people.
