Do the cost engineers and builders in Shanghai have any requirements?

Registration conditions (documents) for the examination of registered cost engineers and supervisors. People's Republic of China (PRC) citizens, who abide by the law and meet one of the following conditions, can apply for the qualification examination of cost engineers:

1, graduated from junior college majoring in engineering cost, engaged in engineering cost business for 5 years; Graduated from college, engaged in engineering cost business for 6 years.

2. Obtain a bachelor's degree in engineering cost and have been engaged in engineering cost business for 4 years; Bachelor degree in engineering or engineering economics, engaged in engineering cost business for 5 years.

3. Obtain the second bachelor's degree or graduate class of the above major and obtain a master's degree, and have been engaged in engineering cost business for 3 years.

4. Obtain the above-mentioned professional doctor's degree and have been engaged in engineering cost business for 2 years.

5. The requirements for academic qualifications in the application conditions refer to the formal academic qualifications recognized by the Ministry of Education. The requirements for relevant working experience in the above-mentioned application conditions refer to the sum of relevant working hours before and after obtaining the required academic qualifications, and the deadline is the end of 2004.

6. Before the Interim Provisions on the Qualification System of Cost Engineers (1August 26th, 1996) was issued, those who have been employed as senior professional and technical positions and meet one of the following conditions may be exempted from the two subjects of Knowledge of Project Cost Management and Construction Engineering Technology and Measurement, and only take the exams of Determination and Control of Project Cost and Case Analysis of Project Cost.

(1) 1970 (including 1970, the same below) graduated from engineering or engineering economics, and worked in engineering cost business for 15 years. (2) Have obtained a college degree in engineering or engineering economics before1970, and have been engaged in engineering cost business for 20 years.

(3) Obtain technical secondary school education in engineering or engineering economics before1970, and have been engaged in engineering cost business for 25 years.

The results of the qualification examination for cost engineers shall be managed in a rolling way for two years. Those who take all the subject examinations must pass all the subject examinations for two consecutive examination years before they can obtain the qualification; Personnel who are exempt from some subjects must pass the examination subjects within an examination year before they can obtain the qualification for practice. People's Republic of China (PRC) citizens, who are healthy, law-abiding and meet one of the following conditions, can apply for the qualification examination of supervision engineer.
