Internship for freshmen at Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts

Third year. Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts organically combines a job fair with an exhibition of graduates' works. Through an exhibition-in-one graduate promotion model, it innovates the form of viewing exhibitions and selecting talents for recruitment. Nearly 40 companies participated in the exhibition, including 2022 graduates and 2023 current students. The school offers more than 600 employment and internship positions to students. More than 1,000 students applied for jobs on site, and nearly 100 students reached preliminary intentions for employment and internships with employers.
