During the Eighth Five-Year Plan period, scientific research mainly focused on the construction of Nanning-Kunming Railway with complex geology and difficult terrain, and achieved a large number of important scientific and technological achievements in the design and construction technology of long-span bridges with high piers, broken tunnels in high-stress and high-gas strata, expansive soil subgrade and so on. During the Ninth Five-Year Plan period, the whole company implemented the pattern of "big science and technology", and carried out a lot of scientific and technological research in Qinling extra-long tunnel construction technology, long-span bridge structure, railway speed-up project, Qinhuangdao-Shenyang passenger dedicated line, high-speed railway design and construction preparation, etc., and built a large number of high-quality projects and excellent projects, and many scientific research achievements won the Ministry of Railways and the National Science and Technology Progress Award. During the Tenth Five-Year Plan period, we continued to implement the important idea that science and technology are the primary productive forces. Focusing on the construction of high-speed railway and passenger dedicated line, the ballastless track was systematically studied, and the technology of ballastless track in China with independent intellectual property rights was initially formed, which solved the technical problems of soft soil foundation treatment, post-construction settlement control of subgrade, independently developed 900-ton box girder bridge erecting machine and other equipment, and solved the technical problems of large-tonnage box girder transportation and seamless track laying at one time. In the construction of plateau frozen soil, extensive research has been carried out in subgrade, bridge, pavement and tunnel, and many achievements have been made, which provides technical support for the construction of Qinghai-Tibet Railway. Bridge construction technology continues to maintain the international advanced and domestic leading level. On the basis of large span, light weight, high strength and high pier, it develops towards integration, large scale, long bridge and rapidity, and independently develops a simply supported box girder with a span of 70 meters and a weight of 20 15 tons and a crane ship "Little Swan" with a lifting capacity of 2,500 tons. The technical level of tunnel and urban subway construction has reached a new level, and the first single-hole double-layer tunnel in China has been studied and designed, and the straddle-type monorail PC track beam transportation equipment has been independently developed; The railway electrification major independently developed the overhead rigid suspension system, which realized the localization of overhead rigid π catenary equipment and filled the domestic blank. Building foundation construction and structural engineering construction technology By studying the technology of long-span building structure and adopting new integral lifting technology, the lifting weight reaches 2500 tons, which solves the technical problems in the construction of long-span spatial structures such as arch, shell, suspension cable and grid. New achievements have been made in the production capacity of construction equipment and industrial products. Independent research and development of 600 tons, 900 tons of bridge erecting machine, KTY4000 large-scale engineering drilling rig, 500 meters long track laying machine, research and development of high manganese steel and rail welding medium with independent intellectual property rights, filling a number of gaps in domestic turnout manufacturing and processing technology. Through a number of excellent projects and the possession of independent intellectual property rights, the company fully demonstrated its technical level and strength and established a good corporate image.
On-line, bridge, tunnel, electrified railway and other key technologies, through research and development, introduction of foreign advanced technology and equipment, continuous popularization and application of new technologies, the design and construction level has been greatly improved, narrowing the gap with foreign advanced technologies; In the construction technology of high-speed railway ballastless track, it has reached the international advanced level through independent innovation; In the research and development of shield /TBM and the industrialization of shield /TBM manufacturing, the achievements with independent intellectual property rights have been achieved, which has promoted the process of shield industrialization; In the field of building construction technology, the research and application of comprehensive construction technology for integral lifting of large steel structures has reached the international leading level. In survey and design, a large number of advanced equipment and technologies have been adopted, and a series of software have been developed, which has initially realized the integration of survey and design and greatly improved the quality of survey and design. In the development of informationization and networking based on computer application, special software is actively developed on the basis of general software. Computers have been widely used in engineering management, administrative management, financial management, bidding and quotation, and the research on office automation and networking has been gradually carried out.
