I. Scope and quantity of import

Second, the import principles and methods
This talent introduction follows the principles of democracy, openness, competition and merit-based, and adopts the methods of open registration, unified interview and merit-based employment in accordance with the employment standards of having both ability and political integrity.
Three, the introduction of personnel should have the qualifications
1. has the nationality of the people of China;
2. Abide by the Constitution and laws;
3. Have good conduct, good health and physical conditions for normal performance of duties;
4. Love education, have good political and ideological quality, have solid basic theoretical knowledge and professional knowledge, have noble professional ethics and dedication, and are interested in education and teaching;
5. Have a bachelor's degree obtained through the unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities nationwide (graduates of the class of 2023 should obtain relevant academic qualifications and degrees before July 2023), and the requirements for postgraduate education are the same as or similar to those for undergraduate courses, which meets the requirements for post teaching;
6. Age requirement: under 35 years old, born after February 28th of 1988 (inclusive);

8. A teacher qualification certificate with corresponding or above academic system and corresponding disciplines, and obtained the teacher qualification certificate before September 1 2023;

2. Initial qualifications.

3. Interview.

4. Physical examination and examination.
The physical examination is organized and implemented by Liaoyang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

A second interview will be arranged within 7 working days after the applicant submits the application.
Re-examination contents are items that have an impact on the conclusion of the physical examination, and the re-examination can only be conducted once, and the results of the physical examination shall be subject to the conclusion of the re-examination.
Those who pass the medical examination shall be organized by the employing unit and the competent department.

Vacancies due to unqualified inspection or medical examination will not be filled.
5. Publicity and qualification examination.
Those who pass the physical examination and inspection will be publicized on the relevant websites for 7 days, and the qualifications of the personnel to be introduced will be reviewed by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
6. Employment.
For those who have no objection after publicity, passed the qualification examination or have a reflection but do not affect the employment, they shall go through the employment procedures and obtain the career establishment. The examination period is one year (from the date of issuing the letter of introduction, the examination expires, and if the employer fails to pass the examination, its qualification for introduction will be cancelled).
Reflect the problems affecting employment and find evidence, and will not be hired; If it is difficult to verify the problems reflected at the moment, you can suspend the employment and decide whether to hire after investigation.
Failure to sign an employment agreement with the employer within the specified time and go through the relevant formalities shall be regarded as automatic abandonment of employment and cancellation of the qualification for introduction.
The introduction of professional and technical titles, the title appointment level shall be retained, and the salary shall be determined according to the same age, education and qualifications of primary and secondary school teachers, and the length of service and teaching experience shall be calculated continuously.
5. Service period.
Graduates with full-time postgraduate education, master's degree or above who have passed the introduction of talents have a minimum service life of not less than 3 years in this unit; Graduates with full-time undergraduate degrees (bachelor's degrees) have a minimum service life of not less than 5 years in this unit.
During the specified service period, no application for inter-agency mobility shall be made, and the administrative department of people's society at the same level shall not handle the relevant formalities (except for the merger of schools due to reform).
Other matters of intransitive verbs
1. This recruitment does not specify counseling books, nor does it hold or entrust any organization to hold counseling training courses.
2. During the period from registration to publicity (qualification examination, interview, physical examination and inspection), the applicant shall ensure that the communication tools reported at the time of registration are smooth, and the consequences caused by poor communication methods left behind shall be borne by the applicant.
3. This agreement will take effect immediately after being signed by both parties, and either party must bear the liability for breach of contract.
The certificates provided by graduates must be true and valid, otherwise the signed agreement will be invalid and the import qualification will be cancelled.
