4. Licensed pharmacists are responsible for the review and deployment of prescriptions, provide medication consultation and information, guide rational medication use, and carry out clinical pharmacy work such as therapeutic drug monitoring and drug efficacy evaluation.

5. Drug retail enterprises should publicize the "Registration Certificate of Practicing Pharmacists" in a conspicuous place, and clearly indicate the registration certificate of practicing pharmacists on the job. When licensed pharmacists are not on duty, they should make this public in a conspicuous manner and stop selling prescription drugs and Class A over-the-counter drugs.

6. Licensed pharmacists should wear work badges in accordance with relevant regulations when practicing.
