What are the main aspects of the human resources exam?

The human resources manager exam covers six parts including enterprise human resource planning, recruitment and allocation, training and development, performance management, salary and benefit management, labor relations management, and related basic knowledge.

The specific subjects of the exam are differentiated according to levels.

The exam is divided into level one, level two, level three, and level four. The exam subjects at each level are:

1) The exam subjects for level three and level four of the Human Resources Examination: " Theoretical knowledge" and "skill operation".

2) The first and second levels of human resource managers are divided into "theoretical knowledge", "skill operation" and "comprehensive review".
