The historical prototype of Ming Lou, the eldest brother among the pretenders, is Shu Yuan.

The Pretender is a suspense spy drama jointly produced by Shandong Film and Television Media Group and Dongyang Noon Sunshine Film and Television Co., Ltd., directed by Sydney and starring Hugh, Jin Dong, Liu Mintao and Wang Kai.

Brief introduction of Hugh

When Hugh was in kindergarten, he was selected by Xiaoying Art Troupe of Shanghai Radio and Television Station. That year, more than 30,000 children took the exam in Shanghai, and finally 60 students were admitted. Hugh is one of them. Hugh studied in Shanghai Xiangyang Primary School, junior high school in Shanghai No.2 Middle School, grade 95 1 class, and senior high school in Shanghai No.2 Middle School, grade 98, class 3, class 0 1 class.

In elementary school, Hugh used to be a member of the brigade wearing three bars. When I was in middle school, I also served as the host of the flag-raising ceremony, the director of the school radio station, the president of the school drama club, the head of the school choir, the class league secretary, the representative of the class physics class, and the head of the Xuhui District Student Repertory Theatre. He also participated in the shooting of the theme song "Dedication of Love" of CCTV Zhengda Variety Show.
