(1) Registration and qualification examination

(2) Evaluation Form

(3) Investigation
The employing unit sends an investigation team to the work unit of the object of investigation to conduct a comprehensive investigation on its morality, ability, diligence, performance and honesty, and gain a deep understanding of its moral style, ability and expertise, work performance and physical and mental health, and at the same time conduct file review and qualification review. Determine the candidate to be hired according to the difference between the comprehensive score and the inspection. (4) Physical examination
The physical examination shall be conducted in the designated physical examination institution, and the physical examination items and standards shall be implemented with reference to the revised General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation). If the medical examination is unqualified, the party group (Party committee) of the employing unit shall study and determine whether to make up for it, and report it to the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau for the record.
(5) Publicity and mobilization
