1 General provisions
1.1 Only those who must undergo special training, master the safety technical knowledge of prestressed tensioning and pass the examination can be employed.
1.2 Tensioning equipment must be used in accordance with the matching set inspected and numbered by the testing agency.
1.3 Obvious warning signs should be set up in the tensioning operation area, and non-operators are not allowed to enter the operation area.
1.4 When tensioning, you must obey the unified command and read the meter in strict accordance with the safety technical communication requirements. The oil pressure shall not exceed the value specified in the safety technical disclosure. When abnormal oil pressure or other conditions are discovered, the machine must be shut down immediately.
1.5 High-pressure oil pump operators should wear goggles.
1.6 Before operation, the connection between the high-pressure oil pump and the jack should be checked. The connection must be intact and tight, and the operation can only be carried out after confirming that it is safe.
2 Pre-tensioning method
2.1 Protective walls must be installed at both ends of the tensioning platform, and a protective frame should be installed every 2~3m longitudinally along the outside of the platform. During tensioning, no one is allowed at both ends of the platform, and no one is allowed to enter the tensioning area.
2.2 The oil pump must be placed on the side of the pedestal, and the operator must stand on the side of the oil pump.
2.3 When tightening the clamp, the operator should stand on or on the side of the beam and hit the center of the clamp.
3 Post-tensioning method
3.1 A 5cm thick protective wooden board must be installed at the tensioning end before operation.
3.2 Personnel operating the jack and measuring the elongation value should stand on the side of the jack. No one should be allowed in the direction of the line of action of the jack's force.
3.3 When tensioning, the jack stroke shall not exceed the value specified in the safety technical disclosure.
3.4 When tensioning at both ends or in sections, operators should clearly contact signals and coordinate.
3.5 When tensioning at high places, operators should work on a solid platform with guardrails, and must use safety ladders or ramps to get up and down the platform.
3.6 After the tensioning is completed, grouting and anchor sealing should be carried out in time.
3.7 During hole grouting operation, the nozzle is inserted into the hole opening, the rubber gasket behind the nozzle must be pressed tightly against the hole opening, and the rubber pipe and the mortar pump must be firmly connected.
